Got to Nashville, checked in at hotel there expecting pool to be open, closed due to heating issues. Front desk stated we could use fair field sister hotel. Drove there and there pool was so cold due to Heating issues as well. We were given a voucher for 10 dollars for breakfast but the morning of check out they didn’t have a cook on duty so no breakfast was served. Doors on balcony was jammed and couldn’t be open. Shower valet not working properly. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Highly disappointed.

Crazy there is no shuttle. I would not have stayed here if I knew there was not a shuttle to the convention center. Rooms are fine and service is fine.

Tired. Not up to the usual Marriott standards I’m used to. This is more about Marriott headquarters needing to step it up, who appear to be ignoring this location, not the local staff. Front desk staff very nicr and helpful. Rooms clean, but dated. Hotel clean. Worn out chairs in lobby and wobbly tables. Just the little things that you’re counting on not being there. Like items on the limited Bistro breakfast menu not being available…a “breakfast bowl” that comes w quinoa or brown rice and neither main ingredient are available. Possibly because they weren’t expecting a lot of orders and just didn’t want to make it. 🤷‍♂️ But the regular eggs and bacon breakfast was well prepared.

This was close to our destination and not right next to the freeway but close. The parking lot was well lit at the front but almost not at all in the back or side. I traveled with 2 young kids alone and didn’t love that as we arrived when it was dark. The rooms were ok, the toilet was stuck on flush so I removed the top to stop it and about puked. I fixed the toilet, but can’t unsee that. Otherwise it looked mostly clean. The sink was clean and the tub. Front desk staff was super friendly. 3 stars for the dark parking lot and gross toilet situation…also no free breakfast:(

Oh boy.....this old girl is tired! The rooms are lipstick on a pig and the hotel is beat up pretty bad. The lobby/restaurant has a continous smell of soiled cat litter which is strange considering it's a hotel. The folks are nice at the desk but the morning girl at the restaurant is pretty sour. I would recommend the Residence Inn up the street. This should probably be a lower class chain hotel such as a comfort inn or similar.
