The staff go above and beyond! They were friendly and helpful from our initial check in to our final check out and beyond. We forgot some property in the room and they went out of their way to help get it back to me. Kindest service team ever, including the housekeeping manager. Big thanks to an amazing team! The hallways and common areas seem a little dated as some others noted, but the rooms are perfectly clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. There’s plenty of food choices in the surrounding area, so the minimal hours and options (and not amazing quality) for food at the hotel shouldn’t keep you from staying here. With the amazing staff and comfortable rooms, I’d be happy to stay here again when we’re in town!

Most of the time a hotel is a hotel. You come late, sleep, leave early and forget it existed… not this one! My wife and I chose to stay here for a local event for the weekend and couldn’t be happier. Great service, super quick when we needed a few extra pillows, nice little pool and hot tub. Next time we’re in town I’ll make sure to stay here!

This place is a dump, first the room appears to be cleaned it wasn’t. We had brown stains down our sheets next the toilet had used toilet paper. Hair in the shower and the floor. Next they forgot to release our hold in our credit card. After fighting back and forth it was removed once I messaged the social media team that day. I even called my back to verify the timing and when they should’ve released the funds. They never did and tried to say it was my bank. I stay at hotels monthly for the last ten years. I have had zero issues with until I went here. What dump.

If you are in coatesville Pennsylvania, this is the best location in hotel. Has a very good feel. Family friendly. It's usually quiet. Hot tub sort of works. In rooms are nice and relaxing. Appears clean. And staff are very pleasant. I'm a real boy.

Very convenient to main roads. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be that the complimentary coffee in the lobby was only available for a very, very short time. There was a road work crew staying there and while they waited in the lobby for their crew bus to pick them up there was nothing available to them. It was very early in the morning but none of us were able to get coffee. The breakfast menu was OK but was served cold. We don't think they left the breakfast burrito in the microwave long enough. Just guessing....
