Beautifully decorated hotel, nice comfortable rooms. Minah was great checking us in and accommodating my requests. The pool was nice and the hot tub was very hot - which was great as it was cool out. A few minor issue - balcony which I paid extra for was very small and the way the sliding door lock closed (broken) you could lock yourself out on the patio. Also, you are on a main road, I didn't realize how busy that road was so the patio was not relaxing as you heard all the road noise. Also, you could hear some traffic from your room - but not too bad. So if you want relaxing and peaceful this may not be the place for you. On the other hand it you want to be in walking distance to all dining and shops this hotel is great.
It is l9cated next to amazing outdoor shopping promenade in Sandestin. Few other major hotel chains located in the same area. Also, it is located next to a private golf resort community with tons of restaurants and shops. There's a small Starbucks in the lobby that serves snacks, coffees and wines. My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times. We love staying here. It is a great location. Not far from good restaurants and the outlets. Just recently renovated. I love the new modern look! The lobby area is beautiful and there is plenty seating. Wonderful staff and clean rooms. A microwave and refrigerator in our room was a plus. I highly recommend staying here.
From the time we checked in, it's been the best experience. My family traveled here because of Hurricane Helene. The room and restroom met our expectations. The services during happy hour were superb. Overall, I would visit again. Also, the gym is 24-hour access. In addition, witness the hallway carpet being vacuum at least twice a day. Thanks to all the workers at the front desk, the employees that worked the restaurant/ bar, and housekeepers/ maintenance that keep this hotel clean. We are truly grateful.
Very nice hotel and the room we had was clean and the AC was perfect. Check in went smoothly and the people at the front desk were very professional and polite. The Bistro was a nice addition to our stay. We had breakfast there and it was delicious. A little pricey but worth it. It`s a ten minute drive to the nearest beach and about twenty minutes from Henderson State Park Beach. The swimming pool was nice; a little warm but nice. Definitely will consider staying here again.
