We have been in this park for 7 months and its been a great experience. Friendly and helpful manager, friendly neighbors, and secluded spot with a lot of trees. No problem fitting my 37' 5th wheel. Site sizes are not equal but its just the luck of the draw. Some sites have storage sheds which is awesome! Size wouldn't be much of an issue with a smaller trailer. Overall, great place to live, perfect distance to the parks and lake and not too far from downtown Austin.

My husband and kids rented for a couple of months, we enjoyed the location and proximity to restaurants, outdoor activities, and quick access to other hill country locations. The park was clean, quiet & full of friendly faces. The park manager, Adolfo, was awesome, readily available and attentive. Will consider coming back if we have the opportunity! Highly recommend.

My kids and I love this park, been here almost 4 years. Tons of trees and nature. The Manager lives on property, friendly and helpful as can be. He's extremely knowledgeable about RV's and has tons of inside info about great places and venues to see. Just 5 minutes from all major shopping and dining. Best school district as well.

Stayed here for a total of 6 months and we really enjoyed it. It was a very basic, quiet campground. Nothing fancy, no real amenities but the sites are large and have electric, water and sewer. I’d definitely stay here again if I was in Austin. The surrounding area of Lakeway is very nice and has all the normal restaurants and retail stores.

If you like living in the woods this is a nice place. Plenty of wildlife and very dark at night. Most people that live here work so it is quite and clean. The manager is cool as long as you keep your place clean and pay on time. There is no staff around trimming trees for you and doing your yard it is the woods. The RV sites are random and not just one next to the other. This is not a resort it is more like a deer leese property, quite. The prices aren't bad for the area. I looked at all the parks in the area and this was the only reasonable place I found around lake Travis.
