It was great! Clean bathrooms. There are showers, and a pool that's usually open (closed covid). The river is beautiful, there's even a little waterfall! The best part is the security! It's a gated camp ground and u must have a key card. There's an actual security guard there during the day and evening. Who definitely looked like he could handle any situation needed! Very strong arms- nice tribal tattoo work too. Also very friendly, patient and helpful! (I'm being overly discriptive because I don't know his name, and there may be more than one). It was pretty packed, but seemed like a nice group of covid-concious people. We were there Sunday-Tuesday of Labor Day weekend

Do not buy at this place it's a joke . It cost a ton of money and the water doesn't work most of the time , pool is always closed and it's very outdated . They come on your property and do as they please . They poisoned our dog when they sprayed right next to the river. Cost 500 at the vet. Smh

My father bought a membership here in 2012. He has been trying to sell since March and we have a buyer who owns another lot or two. CTTA is making him pay for all of the fees to become complaint ON THEIR LAND for a structure that was “grandfathered” in at the time. Now that he wants to sell it’s not “grandfathered” in anymore and they have been blocking us from our sale with permits since March. They are unprofessional and do not return calls. They cannot tell you what your lot is even worth. They make you pay “dues” (taxes) on their land but they can’t even make a pool be open for kids all summer. They have now cost my father thousands in late fees and other things because he’s waiting for his money. They’re saying another six weeks. Again we started to sell in March. DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Beautiful land. Shame that people are running it who cannot even return calls or provide contacts. Weird.

We come down with family. Family oriented, lots of fun, and memories made. I've seen some spots up for sale. So if you like to make memories get a spot. 💯 👍 😊
