I had a fantastic experience with Cozy Acres. I have a 21ft pull behind RV and needed a place to stay at the last minute. Cozy Acres was able to get me into a campsite the same day I called. They allowed me to have my dogs on site without breed restrictions. The staff was extremely welcoming and informative during my stay. They even gave me some great advice since I was a first time RV owner. They also do RV storage which I ended up using. The property is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. There is a good walking trail that I was able to utilize for my dogs. The location is perfectly out out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city. I didn’t even realize I was only 30 minutes away from a large shopping center. It’s perfect for a quiet escape on the weekends. I will definitely be staying there again next season.

It's a wonderful place to go camping. Has a really nice playground for the kids And a nice swimming pool to enjoy in the summer months.. Helpful and friendly staff. nice little store With the essentials If you forgot something Like toilet paper or paper towels.. They also have a club house Where sometimes they have Karaoke on the weekends for kids and adults. Walking trails and 2 ponds you can fish in. And they have golf carts you can rent. It's a quiet relaxing Place for you and your family to make wonderful memories..

Wow. This place was amazing. Great sites. Level from the moment you pull in. Very clean quiet and peaceful. Staff was amazing. Had a storm come through the last night we were there and I had to asked to borrow a ladder to clean above my slide. Brought it right over to my site within about 5 minutes. Fishing ponds with beautiful views. My whole family had a blast at Karaoke. For sure will be returning in the early spring of 2025.

Beautiful park; decently level sites; clean, modern bathrooms and showers. The location is about 30 miles from Richmond, so if you are planning on doing any visiting know that you will have a drive.

They have an excellent Halloween experience. Good for families with children of all ages. If you don't have a camper they also have good cabins available to rent.
