Here’s what some of our guests have to say:
"I have stayed at Cozy Corner three different times so far. Every time I have had a good experience. The staff are friendly and very helpful when you need something. They even helped secure a section of the gate by the dog park that my tiny dog (who is a master escape artist) was able to fit through without me having to ask. They communicated whenever there was any maintenance that needed to be done so everyone was aware. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Cozy Corner and will stay there again in the future."
"So I am the guy that gave the 2.5 star review for the tight pull-through site. Now I'll give you 5 stars for taking responsibility and not responding negatively to my comments. I know there are new owners there and all you guys need is some minor tweaks to make things great. Keep up the positive attitude as many of us full-timers rely on these reviews when traveling through, to keep each other safe from damaging our homes. Thanks for understanding and I would return in the future."

Very basic campground advertising more than they actually offer. 90 percent of campers are monthly or annual renters. Bathrooms locked, no code to get in. 2 pools advertised, now 1 pool, the other filled with rock. Mini golf pictured on their website not on the property. $70 a night for full hookups. Bring extension cables if you are driving a bigger rig, power and water on our site barely reached, and slide out went over the power post.
This campground is in the perfect location. The quietness at night makes you feel as though you are further out of town than you are, it’s very peaceful and the location couldn’t be any more convenient. Quick access to the main highways and interstates that run through the area that carry you to many attractions and destinations of interest. Pleasant staff and nice clean facilities. Sweet campground. Recommend.
They are lucky to get one star as I was given no choice but to give zero stars upon new ownership. I super miss the old owners tremendously. New owners run this campground like an army camp, high class resort, and it is nothing near too being that. I would not stay here even if my tire flattened directly in front of their driveway. The playground is for toddlers only. Accomdated to owner family members on the property and the young kids are left alone on grounds unsupervised. Though they may provide handicap parking, the Main Restrooms are not handicapped accessible to get into the bathroom itself. The dog fence made cheap. A large dog almost broke through the cheap fence on my outing. Boy did the owner have a heck of a time holding his big dog inside the gate. The owner managed to do so but certainly did not help my PTSD of almost dying as a young girl from a dog attack of a dog that size. The office staff is super extra and go out of their way to be "unfriendly," and you would be lucky if you get a call back upon leaving important messages to them. Fake smiles of all sorts of staff that should be the total opposite in such a setting for an RV Park of I would expect of any campground worldwide. Most people are always in the wrong professional, sadly No newsletters, no nothing.... New owners never gave or given heads up to regulars regarding any changes, for instance, waiting until the last week to raise rent. As well as cutting (yellow)water without notice. Needless to say, even with a filter attached to the water still so discolored ( I have pics), I would not let my dog drink from. Charging $15.00 to process rent via a bank card. According to the DA Office , Met-Ed and Consumer Protection, each camper is to be supplied a bill each month for their electric usage, this does not happen. Pay rent in full month or eviction letters pasted to camper doors the last week of October last year while most campers are living on SSI and SSD who certainly do not have money to pay by the 2nd of each month. The now 2 day grace period to pay rent " in full" comes with no refunds upon management deciding to boot you for a reason they do not need whatsoever or if you just leave. That is a $50.00 charge off the bat if not paid by day 2 of each month, your booted. By the way, no monies of ANY get retro paid if they make you leave at any time of the month of which has already been paid.Re-writing campground rules should be something seriously investigated. The tree cutting up against camper windows at 6:10 am. Township states 7 am. start that just did not happen. As well as maintenance thinking, it was a great idea to weedwack "gravel" banging up campers as they go along their merry way. What burns my buns is an old staff member dismissed upon new ownership still lives there even after disrespecting a young lady in a manor I will not speak of, yet he still resides on the grounds.Where is justice or is it fact, it is always all about the bottom dollars. The incidents go on and on. I'm ecstatic to never deal with these unprofessionals ever again and know my family is now safe. It truly upsets me when people rewrite and dive through the cracks of laws to dismantle the humane beings' souls over profit. Civil Rights Advocate *I was denied my complaints made to the office and twice refused a letter handed to front staff to be given to ownership regarding all concerns needless to say the unreturned phone calls.. Rent was $700. before take -over to $750.00 the last week of the month of October 2023. The only reason rent was lowered $25.00 months thereafter is because they installed separate electric meters for each site so as the new ownership made it seem "they cared" for the average citizens financials this is untrue in hence installing electric meters for each site actually increased rent as they are charging 7 cents over the Met-Ed fee of 11 cents per kilowat. Never once did receive an email from the office, and that was a question asked on numerous occasions to staff, still nothing. Still no bill today. I'll let authorities deal.
