It’s a very clean, quiet, eccentric place. Everyone is very kind & helpful. I lived there several months and always felt safe. Everyone looks out for each other. Not one single problem with negative activity at all. It’s mostly adults there and very few children under 18. The only complaint I had was that the roads need to be redone. Other than that I suggest everyone to get their Glamp on!
We loved this stop! Sure their are clearly full timers but they didn't bother us at all. We never miss a chance to have dinner at The Shed and this park is in the same parking lot, since we were passing thru anyways we figured we'd try out Rosy's. It was a great stop, large rv spot, easy and level parking for bigger rigs, we were on dirt but didnt sink or have any issues, very kid friendly with a fun play area, easy river walk access, the showers could use a little updating but were clean and worked just fine, and we loved Beth at the front desk, she was super friendly and happy to help if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!!
The grounds are nice to stop by when you are passing through. Lacy is absolutely wonderful and a joy to speak with! She made our overnight stay a breeze and we felt very welcomed with her. We cant compliment her enough, she is super nice! The coffee to-go in the morning was fantastic!! Quite a bit of full timers, it was not wet/muddy when we went. It does appear that it would get muddy if it rains due to the traffic the site sees. Our site was grass, no gravel and no pad. It was freshly mowed and had the space we needed. We did not walk along the pier but it did look nice and quiet. Even in walking distance to the bbq joint, it was not loud at any point.
Friendly comfortable and people of God, family feel and welcoming. Enjoyed Lou, Beth and staff and enjoyable entertainment. Will stop again on the way back to Florida 😇😊
The people were very nice. Unfortunately once we left the office it went downhill fast. The site was a muddy grass lot. There are a lot of older broken down rvs. We weren't comfortable at all.
