This is the third time I've ordered from cracker barrel through doordash. Cracker barrel does absolutely nothing to secure the customer's meal. I have called and asked several times if they could just seal the plastic bag with a staple. It's not rocket science. They always assure me they will seal the delivery bag and they never do. This is the third and final time. I've thrown away a meal and the last time I'll ever order from you guys. Sad the food was fine but you have to secure your product!!! To ensure that your customer s are at peace of mind that their food was not tampered with!! Come on cracker barrel. It's not asking for much. You hike up the prices for us who have to order delivery? Give us what we pay for!!!
Salad with Honey Mustard was great, with egg. The spicy cat fish was very tasty. The backed potatoes were perfectly cooked. The pot roast tasted nice. Only had carrot. Celery, peas onions, would have been more flavorful! P/u order had our selections perfect.
Full disclosure... I'm an Associate Manager at another CB ... Honest review... Ally was our server, she was on her game. She is a PAR 4 trainer for a reason. G.U.E.S.T. satisfaction and hospitality are her game, even before she knew I worked at another CB later in the meal. Retail was clean, well stocked, and well presented. Retail associates were friendly and greeted every guest. The host was friendly and welcoming. The store was clean, guest restrooms were clean, everything was in order. I don't stop at other CBs often, to be honest I eat there 5 days a week lol. However, I had my children and their friends after a very hard funeral for my kids' friends' mother. They requested CB. It was a much needed and comforting break after a very hard day. I appreciate the great hospitality and warmth we experienced while visiting the Kodak store. Kudos to the entire team!! You're definitely bringing out Uncle Herschel's motto and wearing that smile.
