Nice BLM camping area just outside Lake Havasu City. Just a couple minutes from Walmart and gas stations. Super colorful sunsets! It is generally quiet, but there are the occasional planes flying by as it is located next to a runway.
We spent 14 days here, really enjoyed the openness of the area. Vivid contrasting colors of rocks. Hiked and explored the area. We went 3 miles back off the main road with our 5th wheel to get away from crowds close to the entry area. Site host was great, they have cleaned up the area very well. Night skies were amazing.
Beautiful area off the main road. Crowded at first but its worth going back couple more miles for more privacy. Dirt road is manageable if you go slow. I was pleasantly surprised here compared to the other crowded blms off the highway.
Nice and quiet fairly good solar if you get in the right spots. This is our second time here, and we really enjoy it. I just wish more people would pick up after their dogs.
It's ok. Wide variety of rigs. At first I thought it might be sketchy, but after four days, everyone was quiet and respectful. Site host was on top of stay length. I didn't feel unsafe, but didn't feel like it was a place I'd seek out either
A large blm operated camping area with no services. Cell service 1-2 bars depending on how far you are in. Found a burnt rv in one spot, lots of small trash in the bushes and area. There are camp host on site and checking on campers to not go over the 14 day limit.
It's a great spot to boondock. Lots of campers but not crowded.
