Enjoyed our one night stay here at Creekside Campground. Front desk staff was cordial and accommodating of our late check-in which we really appreciated. The road coming into the campground is narrow with rather tight corners. Our F-250 and 24' pull-behind had to squeak by in some places. The area is charming and the location is very peaceful with the cheery brook bubbling past.
We were very happy with our experience at Creekside Campground from Oct 11 to Oct 14, 2024. It is a small privately owned campground that is right on the water which makes for awesome camp ambiance! We had site 30, which was one of the end ones and more separated from the others in the "body" of the campground. We were very pleased with that spot. The bathrooms were very up-to-date and the most modern I have seen at any campgrounds where we've stayed. We walked to Sal's Italian Bistro for dinner and were treated to excellent food and service. Highly recommend! If we return to this area, we would definitely stay at Creekside again. It is a beautiful area!
We were staying for two nights in the RV park. The campsites back up to the creek. They were very close together and felt like you had no privacy. The road was also in bad shape. It was run down and very crowded.
One of my favorite locations I’ve ever stayed at during my travels. Working out of town has it’s up and downs and you never know what type of campground you’re going to get. This campground was clean & quiet! Peters Mill Run/Taskers Gap OHV System is 4.5 miles away. Will definitely be back!
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS THE RV PARK SENDS YOU IN THE EMAIL! DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS INSTRUCTIONS!The Google maps instructions take you over a steep little bridge that you will bottom out. Nice RV park hidden in the woods. Looks like some people live here full time or seasonally. We got a Creekside site and it was 5$ more but if I had to do it over I would just get a regular site.
