Crockett's Run

This is such a beautiful venue. If you are thinking of getting married here, do it. My sister had her wedding here and it was such a wonderful experience. Family and friends rented all the cabins on the property and we were able to hike and fish. We were even able to have a bonfire one night. The day of the wedding was wonderfully facilitated and organized by Megan and Ben. They made sure everything went off without a hitch even making an extra beer run to the store so that my sister and her new husband didn’t have to worry about anything on their day. I definitely recommend Crockett’s Run.

Crockett’s Run is the absolute dreamiest wedding venue we could have ever imagined for our September wedding. The property is nestled on 55 gorgeous acres, which provides each couple a variety of unique spots to choose to have their ceremony at, each breathtaking in their own way. We chose to get married in front of the rock wall, which is surrounded by greenery and right near the water on property. The property has cabins, yurts and bunkies for guests to stay on site in, which most of our guests took advantage of. There is also a large bonfire pit that you can have set up, which makes for a delightful welcome dinner accessory and/or a wind down after the wedding dancing, we did both! We also had our reception in the event lodge, which has 2 stone fireplaces & beautifully lined with wooden panels. We could have not decorated at all, and it still would have been the most breathtaking event lodge. Abbey was truly such a delight to work with, from our first tour, to the wedding day. She made us feel like the most important couple in the world, even when she's juggling a million other things. My husband and I would call her our personal tinkerbell, because she was everywhere doing everything all at once, and always with a smile. We also got the pleasure to work with the fabulous ladies over at JKR events, Ciera & Carly. They were absolutely God sent, and helped throw a beautiful wedding that went off without a hitch. Any time during our wedding weekend that I had a last minute request or question, they were 10 steps ahead of me and always responded with”Girl, already done! We got it you” I am truly tearing up while writing this, because there are simply not enough words in the world to say how lucky we felt to be so taken care of by this venue and its people. We could not have picked a more perfect venue for our Wedding weekend! Everything turned out even more amazing than we could have ever imagined, from the stunning scenery to the super helpful and caring staff. Our family and friends stayed in the cabins with us over the weekend and it was wonderful to all just celebrate together. The wedding coordinators and staff kept us all on track the whole day and helped to make it a more stress-free experience for us. I would absolutely recommend Crocketts Run to anyone. I cannot wait to come back and visit for many more years to come!

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Crockett's Run! We stayed in the Morehead Lodge, and it was beautifully designed/decorated; we all (young kids included) wanted it to be our new home! Morehead is spacious and able to accommodate large families with ease. It also has a large porch, hot tub and fire pit. Crockett's Run has beautiful views, and quick, easy access to good hiking trails (and two waterfalls!), a pond with paddleboat and a playground. The owners were quick and attentive to all of our email questions before our weekend stay, and responsive to anything we needed while we were there. Our young children and adult family members alike all had the best time—so great that we booked another visit the day we left! Thank you, Crockett's Run!

We stayed at the Travis Lodge February 26-28. We can’t wait to go back!! I would recommend Crockett run cabins to anyone! The cabin had so much space and was perfect for the 10 of us. There is a full service kitchen and dishwasher which was great! Large kitchen table and plenty of hang out room! They definitely took the time to decorate and give the cabin a super homey and modern feel. Thank you so much, Crockett Run!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
