Great campsite only around five miles downriver from williamsport. Well maintained. A fire ring water pump picnic table and outhouse. The only drawback is it's kinda noisy across the river until dark. Lawnmowers and weed wackers and the occasional party. But still a nice campsite
No trains here. Party spot across the river. If you are unlucky; hillbillies will intrude on boats trying to use the hiker/biker camp. If you're lucky; cute girls will cross the river and chat. Pan-gap-c&o June 2020
We stayed here during a particularly rainy week so the campsite was inundated and muddy but we still found some dry areas to set up our tents. The bugs here are loud at night but that’s just part of the experience.
Another nice free campsite. Water pump, table and privy. What else do ya need?
This is one of favorite campgrounds. My family had a river cabin across the river when I was younger. We would boat across and camp here.
