Beautiful drive in to an even more beautiful camping location! Friendly and warm staffing. Spotless facilties and very cute store. Mostly level sites, some sites are on the river front. Concrete pads, asphalt roads and lots of grass as well! Canoes, kids bikes, horseshoe pits, pool, playground, Frisbee golf and more I am sure. We are nearing the end of our 2 plus month trip and this is one of my favorite stays. The road in is one of my favorite parts of this place!

We stayed for 3 days in October and had a wonderful time. We had site 46 and it was on the water with a good view. Campground was clean, well kept and the staff worked really hard to make everything special. Betty our camping dog had plenty of room for her zooomies in the doggy park!! This is a good one and we will be back someday.

Very nice campground. Beautiful spot along the Kentucky River. Staff obviously works very hard to keep everything neat and clean. Especially appreciate the laundry room! They are also very friendly and helpful. Pay attention to your message from Cummins Ferry when they tell you to follow check in and check out times. Also when they tell you NOT to follow your GPS. Even so, there is a few miles of narrow, winding road. The worst is the last half mile; it’s very narrow and steep. Not everyone is comfortable with such a drive, but you are missing a good one if you don’t go! It’s very doable; there were a lot of big units there during our stay. (Tow a 34’ fifth wheel)

This was truly a wonderful find. It is a beautiful RV site set against lake. I was searching for a campground near a couple of distilleries and found Cummins Ferry. Very clean, well laid out, and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend it if you are passing thru or staying a bit. There are lots of deer in the area. Only possible know is the road (the last mi ) can be challenging for some of the bigger rigs. But, there were several setup so I'm sure it is fine. I will visit again.

This is an awesome campground with great staff, add in a beautiful location on the Kentucky river and it's five stars and then some. Our plan was to stay there for a month, but as luck has it, I had ladder fail the day before we were to leave. I ended up in the hospital for a week, the staff really stepped up and figured out a way for us to stay at our site for another month, even though that included a holiday weekend where the park was full. Can't say enough about this place. We will definitely be back.
