Just be aware. Overall, it is an excellent, friendly, and cost-effective RV park. Highly recommend it!
Our family stayed here for a couple months while looking and purchasing a home in the area. The campground was clean and the grass was well maintained. At night the campground was well lit and I felt safe walking the dogs. We all enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and playground. Theres restrooms and showers as well. It was affordable and the staff was always pleasant.
Do not waste your time. If you’re more than two people, you’re getting charged weekly for each individual extra person. Their website says, “ Full Family Rv Park”, but that’s simply not the case, unless you’d like to pay extra to have your family there. They really should change their website, they have it seem as though this is a great get away place for the whole family, but put simply, it is not.
In reference to the "visitor" named Sarah C. In reference to her comment: Sarah, I remember you. I was there that day. You came off the street and initially didn't pay the entry fee. Then you started yelling profanity while other little children were there. You were noticeably drunk. Cunningham Campground has come a long way in a short time. Clean and secured. Cameras and lights were a must and were installed. Clean showers too. Most of these bad reviews are from people who caused trouble and don't abide by their written rules. Everything is clearly explained. Beth in the front office is fair, kind, and professional. The best part is no tent camping and no campers older than 10 years.
Packets at door for unscheduled late arrivals for level pull thru sites near office. NIce pool area with new red chairs and umbrellas (need new pictures). Grassy sites with gravel. Quite location but short enough distance from freeway for overnight.
