We have had a vacation spot here for 3 years. It is friendly, well kept and well run. The on site manager keeps everything running smoothly. The boat ramp is well kept and can launch boats when others in the area have water that is too shallow to launch when water is at winter pool.

I've only been there to clean for some resident campers/vacation or seasonal living quarters. However I have been there several times and spoke with different ones along the way in the campground. Unfortunately I havent had the opportunity to stay at the campground. In saying that it appears to be a very nice, clean, fun environment in which the people are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Bass fishing in that area wasn't that great as advertised, and trash was visible on docks, in the water, and around the landing area. Place wasn't busy, don't see why staffs there couldn't clean up the place.
