A side from constant clouds of dust from the road, cars and ATV kicking up dirt and rocks, and noise, it can be a nicer place.

Tiny campground up on Dalton Rd. Beautiful, but gets chilly at night up higher like that. Kind of hard to find, but totally worth exploring until you do. It's some of the most beautiful country I've seen. The host was nice, the lots were clean and quiet and I had a wonderful time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Phenomenal ! ! The Host and his wife was very inviting and accommodating. The campground was very clean. The handle to the water pump has to be pulled due to some people drinking it, but the exact same water was available from the lake. The bathrooms were emaculate and did not smell bad at all unless the doors were left shut during the heat of the day. It is a trail head campground, so machine noise was, and HAS to be expected. It is a semi-primative campground, so BE PREPARED. We will be going back! ! !

Nice little campground. Sites are a little close together. Centennial trail is adjacent, so handy for hiking. Only issue was small herd of cattle wandering thru. Messy cow pies around the campground and lake.
