We have had the pleasure of staying here for the past 2 months while my husband worked across the river at the mill. The people here are great, and it's definitely puppy friendly. The beach area is fantastic. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching fireflies at night. It's very well maintained by a few of the folks living here, and the owner is very nice. Highly recommend, especially for long-term. You will not find anyone with a better price.

The damvue is on the Ohio River and it has trees. No swimming pool, or cabins or lodges. No shower house, laundry, or playground. Competitive attributes: being able to see and access the river. The shade trees. Low cost.
Very friendly campers . Ramp is a little ruff and sand beach don't try when wet.
