It's a shame the new owners have to deal with the negative ratings that was posted here before they took over. Nice peaceful campground. Well maintained as others have commented. They have good shade on several sites. The bathhouse was always clean when I used them over the entire stay. Their shuttle service fills up quick so make preparations as soon as you can. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again. **Two year update, the campground is still well maintained. Great place to camp.

We lived here from May to the beginning of November while my husband worked as grounds maintenance/host. I wish to leave a review from a disabled persons point of view as I rarely see postings for disabled. I use a walker to get around after a stroke last year. The pool was great for my daily swim, 3 ft at one end and 4 ft at the other. Always clean and well maintained with a good rail to hold onto coming down the steps. The RV park is peaceful, quiet, has good security with a gate, etc. So, I never worried about being home alone, even when my husband spent a night in the VA hospital. I knew if there was a problem, I could call Nick and Anne. The fourth of July celebration was fun, I enjoyed the band and the decorations. Halloween decorations were fun. It was great seeing the children have fun trick or treating. During my time there, everyone was nice to me. It was a good place to stay during my rehab, not stressful, and the setting beautiful.

Stayed here for 4 months. Nick and his wife were amazing. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The park was clean and quiet. Shower house and laundry facilities always clean and good working order. I would recommend this Rv park to anyone traveling thru or staying long term.
