This was great for our small group that like to camp together but have a hard time finding campsites that connect. It POURED nearly the entire weekend and if not for the pavilion we would have left. Chuck, who managed the site, was fantastic. He checked on us several times and had it cleaned up for us prior to arrival. The kids played in the stream constantly and went for a dip in the very nice pool up the road or to the tire playground. The only reason for 4 stars is the not so great bathroom. We will go certainly go back.

Sweet spot tucked away off the highway. Secluded feel, yet still great cell service. Picnic tables, and grills on site.

Good for a weekend campout. Go to the nearby overlook (need to drive to get there) for a great view. Can hike to playground for kids to play on.
