We love this place. Mom wouldn't have been able to camp, like in the old days, if it wasn't for their handicapped deluxe cabin. They also had phenomenal festivities for the halloween event including a hayride, haunted maze and more. Lisa and Dawn, from the front desk, can be compared to none. They truly care. We will be back. Thank you Dancing Fire in Port Huron. For others, b Downtown Port Huron and the beach are nearby because I only live 2.9 miles from here.
I didn’t even know what Glamping is until we took my RV here. Very nice—-the best showers I have ever seen in a camp ground. The campsite were well maintained with grills on the fire pits and full hookup which I never had before. They also had 3 or 4 different sizes of very nice cabins and an amazing Yurk —-2 different sizes with furnished front porch. They also had a great Halloween celebration with a haunted maze, hay rides, and trick and treating!
This growing park keeps improving - there was some construction happening at one end. It is conveniently located right off the highway going to or coming from Canada. But, being along the highway, you do hear some street noise. Our site was #121 - a back-in, gravel site with a picnic table. Staff was helpful. We were just here one night so we didn't have a chance to explore the campground.
Our family has been Halloween camping for many years now and we think Dawn, Lisa, & crew did an amazing job with everything! The kids enjoyed the carnival, pumpkin decorating, hayride, haunted maze👻, costume parade, & of course the trick or treating!🎃 (& all of these activities were free of charge!) We really liked the location of the cabins. They're near the pavilion & playground so we could keep an eye on the kids at all times. We will be returning! Thank you for some great family memories!
This place was absolutely wonderful. We got in extremely late and a simple phone call had things coordinated ahead of time. We were even informed of a potluck they were doing that we could join. The unit was so cute and very clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially as we had to unexpectedly leave a day early! They are still building some things and they look like they are going to be great!
