Papa Jack park. Give 2 stars for clean and well maintained. No on-site management which allows some patrons the choice to be very discourteous with noise levels after dark and to allow their dogs to roam free. Had a brown stub-tail terrier charge me with hackles raised when I was walking at dusk and the grey pit bull mix wandering freely came over every time I had my dog out by the camper I was staying in. I had to keep putting my dog up.
