This morning in Bullhead City was a picturesque start to the day, with temperatures set to climb to nearly 98 degrees. Inspired by the beautiful weather, I decided to visit Davis Camp and capture some photos and videos. Armed with my phone and iPad, and after brewing my favorite morning beverage—a delightful mix of ginger, lemon, and green tea with turmeric—I headed out solo to Davis Camp Park, aiming to explore North Beach. Before setting off, I did a quick Google search for North Beach at Davis Camp but couldn't find much information. Interestingly, I discovered that Davis Camp Park has both a North Beach and a South Beach, along with campgrounds catering to RVs. Excited for the adventure, I made my way to the park, showed my Veterans card at the entrance, and received a warm welcome from the park ranger. North Beach was bustling with campers, tents, and families enjoying the sun and water. One of the highlights of the area is Inscription Rock (Amat Avi Aanyoor), a site of great cultural and spiritual significance. This place is used for spiritual rituals and prayer to protect the surrounding lands and is home to the Mojave Indian tribe. The mountain is surrounded by photo displays that narrate the rich history of the AhaMakav people. North Beach is truly a must-visit location. Continuing on to South Beach, I found even more RV spaces, complete with essential amenities like showers and restrooms scattered throughout Davis Camp. The park also boasts a laundromat, basketball court, playground, jet ski rentals, and cabins, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Davis Camp's North and South Beach areas are fantastic for anyone who loves the outdoors. The campgrounds are impeccably maintained, and the scenery is simply stunning. The campgrounds are dog-friendly, adding to the convenience for pet owners. Whether you're looking to relax by the water, engage in recreational activities, or immerse yourself in the cultural history of the Mojave Indians, Davis Camp offers something for everyone.

10$ per vehicle 🚗 is not bad to experience a clean crystal clear cold fresh water 💧!!😍😌 campsite is clean, didnt see trash around or cigarettes 🚬 butts or cans or bottles. Trash cans are provided everywhere. The only problem is that the shower 🚿 rooms were closed so we didn’t have a choice but to use the restroom 🚽 where they pee so we can just change our wet clothes.

Beautiful campsite right one the water. $20 for overnight camping. We stayed August 20th, there was barely any body there. The bathroom was really clean & nice. My dog & cat were both comfortable at this location. Would stay again. FYI Raccoons are very active at night. & please clean up your trash (especially cooked bones, there were many left around & it’s a major hazard for dogs & they are very attracted to them)

One of the best campgrounds I have ever been to. River is beautiful beaches are clean and people are tons of fun. You can fish, jet ski, swim or just float the river. I wish the South shore day use area was monitored better for people that litter and leave the parking lot a mess. All that trash left is terrible and doesn't need to end up in the river. People should be more respectful and responsible about their trash. Otherwise, the place is awesome, no matter what section you visit and the view day and night is always awesome. Place is reasonably priced, except Holidays! 40 a person to get in, if camping that cost is extra depending on the site you choose, 40 a person is a bit steep for day use.

This place has a lot to offer. Lots of beaches including a North beach, a South Beach, and a swim beach. Of course you can swim in any of the three, but the multiple options are great! There are porta-potties in certain areas for convenience. But just a small hike from the beach are actual buildings with bathroom facilities which includes toilets, urinals, and showers. All very clean and we'll maintained. The views are spectacular, and the atmosphere very chill. But I did visit during the middle of the week so the weekends are probably much much busier. I was staying at a hotel in Laughlin during my visit, but this place has many areas for camping with RV's, tents, or whatever you prefer to stay in. I also rented a jet ski about a mile away and rode it to the beach at this camp. Overall I was very pleased with the experienced and I will be back for more as soon as I can.
