Days Inn by Wyndham Brooksville/Dade City

I didn't have any bad situations. It's just your average hotel it's not a two-star it's not a four-star it's right in the middle. But the room was fairly clean without stains there was a lot of dust and things but overall it was clean the towels were clean and the room was clean like it was perfectly average and for the price it's perfect! I had no real issues when I did have one issue I went to the front office and they took care of it. This is a cheaper hotel so don't expect extra amenities in the rooms or extra soaps or extra towels. So there's no towels for the pool or anything but it does have an absolutely beautiful extra large size pool. They were VERY accommodating.

Checking in last Friday night the older gentleman was very pleasant and nice. Upon checking into my room everything looked clean and orderly and when I went to turn on the AC I noticed mold in the unit which was pretty unsettling.. I had a do not disturb sign on my door yet every single day the cleaning staff would still come by and knock which was a little frustrating especially when I was trying to sleep in the morning, and when I woke up in the middle of the night to turn off the ac and they was a cockroach that came out it, not to mention the small roach I saw on the ceiling while taking a shower.. this is not the worst place I stayed but definitely not the best.

There's multiple fast food restaurants within walking distance. Other than that this is a single most worthless establishment that I've ever frequented in my life. Over the course of about 3-4 months I've had my linens changed twice. I have been forced to use the same towels, sheets etcetera, and the last time I begged to have housekeeping simply exchange my linens, front desk had to step in and force them to simply switch out towel and bedding, after they absolutely refuse to even try. Fast forward about 6 weeks later after they were forced to the job for the first time in multiple months, I came home to a note on my door saying that due to the smell of my cats I had to allow them to clean my room. I literally don't have any cats here. That same day my room was broken into and my personal property was broken and stolen. They literally told me it didn't happen. The same people that refused to simply change out bedding and towels more than a single time over a 3 to 4 months are somehow pretending that I have prevented them from doing their job that I have begged them to do on multiple occasions, while they refuse to stop taking my property from my hotel room. If you have to stay here good luck. If you choose to stay here you will be ignored every single simple courtesy that they claim to give you, while stealing your property when you are not physically present. You literally have nothing to gain from saying here.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms with new furniture, very near to exit. Surrounded with all fast food & gas stations. Very convenient locations. Housekeepers & front desk excellent too. Definitely I will come again.

Stayed here for 1 night, renting 5 rooms. All 5 rooms had a grungy feel to them. There were large holes that had been patched on the walls and looked like there was a brawl in the room, the toilet in the room I was in was coming off the base and wobbling, one of the bathtubs had hair all over it and not usable. We did not spend much time in the room BUT what we did was uncomfortable giving us a horrible night sleep. Check in was friendly and the hot water in my shower was great.
