WARNING! PLEASE READ: Stayed at this location on 1/23 & 1/24 for a business conference i was attending at the next door casino. On the first night I didn't get to the room until late. When I went to bed, I pulled back the covers to find several large stains on the sheets (see photos). Ended up not sleeping in the room that night due to the dirty bed sheets. Next morning I address it to the front desk, who is apologetic, offers to change rooms, but eventually decides to just have housekeeper to go clean my room. She tells me I'll have to speak with manager about a partial refund, and they wouldn't be in until that evening. So I come back to front desk that evening to speak with manager and let them know what i found, who immediately goes full defense mode and claims that my bedsheets weren't dirty and that there was no problem and I was making up the issue. Even when I showed him the pictures, he denied it saying that he had the bedsheet from my room. He goes into the back and brings out a sheet and shakes it at my saying "see it's clean" and I take it and within a few seconds I locate a very visible bodily fluid stain the size of my hand, and he denies it as a stain and says that they hire a third party to clean the sheets and that despite the stain, the sheet is clean. He then proceeds to tell me (before I even mentioned anything about it) that they would not do any type of refund and that they had changed the sheets on my bed and that the problem was resolved and that if I didn't like it to go get a room at the casino at 3x the cost. I told them that just because the casino charges 3x the cost for a room doesn't mean that they should be screwing over customers and not cleaning rooms and that the expectation of sanitary bedsheets is a reasonable expectation. Now I travel for work, have stayed in 5 star hotels and have stayed in $30 roach infested hotels. I can say with certainty that the $30 hotels i have stayed in took better care of keeping clean beds than the $95/night i paid at this dump. It wasn't even that big of a deal to me, I just wanted to let them know that somebody forgot to clean the room and ask for a partial refund/travel credit since I didn't even get use of the room (and has been a non issue the few times this has happened at other hotels) but these leeches just vehemently deny any wrongdoing and try to bully you into compliance because the other closely hotels costs me. Trust me, you'll be much happier at one of the other, nicer, establishments close by. I will be contacting Wyndham and the local health department about this issue.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, well worth the money to stay here , convenient to the casino. The staff was friendly and attentive. I like that they had Direct TV with an online TV guide, most hotels leave you to channel jump until you find something you like.

Horrible experience. There were 3 people at the desk when we arrived. The woman was the only one who was nice and had any sense of customer service. The younger guy at the desk and what I assume was the owner were both extremely rude and unhelpful when your reservation was booked incorrectly as a smoking room. We needed up booking a room at another hotel. Would not recommend.

Better than staying at Harrah's Casino and you save a Fortune. Directly across the street from Harrah's Casino and you won't have to walk through a labyrinth to get from your Room to the Casino. Save your money and your Sanity and stay at Days Inn. You'll love it. Trust me!!

We had reservations thru Expedia. We checked in, went to the room & the beds had bedbugs. I saw all of the bloody dripping on the mattress. There was someone's dirty sock on the bathroom floor. The room smelled really musty & was definitely not clean. Went back to front desk to cancel due to bedbugs & room not clean. She called her manager & he said we would have to get our money back thru Expedia. Expedia worked with us & got our money back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to give them a one but I wish I could have given them a 0.
