Days Inn by Wyndham Chincoteague Island

We had a great stay here. The staff really is excellent. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and helpful. Although we were the only guests there at the time, they provided us with a very good breakfast and made us feel very taken care of. The rooms are very clean and well stocked, and the hotel is located very close to the beach. Definitely recommend staying here.

Decent hotel. A/C was broken, towels were stained, and bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Continental breakfast was pretty much nonexistent, went elsewhere for breakfast. Also, we were given a different room than what we booked. You get what you pay for.

Front desk service was friendly, quick and efficient. Continental breakfast was adequate and clean. Pool area was clean. Location was within walking distance of several restaurants and things to do. Bedding was freshly laundered, but first room we were assigned smelled strongly of mold/mildew. Due to severe asthma, requested second room, which was better but still smelled. In the morning light, we could see black mold on the ceiling and on lampshade. Only spent one night and spent limited time in the room.

All of the hotel staff (owners, front desk, and housekeeping) that I interacted with were pleasant and willing to help with any questions or other matters. The rooms were clean and exactly as expected. The property was nice looking, and it was great to have an enclosed pavilion to be able to eat food outside from one of the many restaurants in the area. It only takes a couple of minutes to get to the beach from the hotel. The price of the rooms were great. Breakfast was available in the lobby, with the staff offering assistance to help prepare what we wanted.

Overall great stay. Hotel was quiet and breakfast was what you would expect. The waffle maker was a great addition. Double room felt a bit small but we were only in there to sleep so we didn’t mind. Beds were super comfortable. Would stay here again.
