Clean room, comfortable beds and pillows. Hot water. Fridge, microwave, nice stay with a great location and lots of good food options around the town. Also good for those seeking hiking or outdoor recreation. Pleasant staff and basic breakfast included.

Our room was very clean! Beds were really comfortable! Bedding was nice! Looked to be recently updated! Very pleased. Walking distance from downtown! I would recommend this hotel to friends! And I will stay again. Great value for the price! You check in online which speeds up the process. And I loved having the option for a later checkout for a nominal fee

It was the only room I could find. Lose to family staying in clarkesville. I wanted to shower that night so, opened the curtain to shower and there was hair and dirt everywhere, then I turned the lights on to check the rest of the room and OMG!!!!!!! The floors, counters were filthy, I turned the bed down, not only were the sheets dirty but, they were yellow raunchy greyish color!! I called the front desk they sent a non English speaking person to change the bed and then he used a wash cloth to clean the shower, counters and floor no cleaning solution just a wash cloth, yuck!!! The door didn’t fit properly either so palmetto bugs could easily crawl inside and I didn’t feel safe either.

It saddens me to have to make this post. It started out with the young man at the desk the night of check in, couldn't seem to understand we wanted a first floor double room non smoking. Finally settled for a double first floor smoking since it wasn't reeking too bad. Made it thru night one, yet the next morning noticed that the room had roaches. Mentioned it to the lady at the front desk (who was impolite, and didn't seem to know how to do her job!) Was rude and uncaring. We decided we could manage one more night since hurricane Helene was coming and we didn't want to have to go thru the hassle of a refund just to go to another hotel. Fast forward to 10pm and low and behold the ceiling in room 124 (first floor room) starts getting wet and dripping water into the floor! Went to the front desk 3x, and the front desk man said "I can give you towels to put in the floor" I told him I think the h not. Spent $100 for a room and not staying in one that is leaking from the ceiling. After repeating several times we did not want a second floor room due to having a toddler, as well as not being able to climb Stairs, finally we moved hotels to the other hotel owned by the same man. Rooms at Days inn definitely need better housekeeping, and for sure needs repair!!! If I could give a zero star I would.

Nice place to stop while traveling Tennessee to Florida. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable and I had a really snug, sound, night's sleep.
