We were broken down traveling up to Utah County and we were able to get a room super last minute! The staff was super helpful in getting us a good price with a room that would accommodate our needs! The rooms were super nice for how cheap the price was! The continental breakfast was small but perfect! Thank you thank you!
The staff were super great! I locked my key in the room twice and the guy was really kind about unlocking it for us. The rooms were super clean and nice. My only complaint is that the pillows were pretty terrible and I woke up with neck pain, but other than that it was amazing!
I made a mistake and accidentally booked this hotel when I was in Durango and since the app I was using was non refundable I drove out there 50 min out of my way. I got in 30 min before the front desk closed. I think the guy was named Ed that helped me and was super kind and friendly. And the next morning the 2 gals who helped were equally nice. Now for the price I paid I was expecting a dump but the rooms were clean and updated and modern looking. I really felt it was a good value.
The little blond kid they got at the front desk has no clue what we is doing or any idea how to talk to customers “ I’m not trying to make and excuse but I’m just night shift “last time I checked if u get paid to do your job you should learn to do it right so the business you work for doesn’t look bad . No reason a question should make the front desk attendant anxious. Also just so u guys know they will refuse service for simple questions. Thanks again Corey .
Comfortable room, a bit on the small side but clean and totally sufficient. Full breakfast wasn’t much more than a continental. Cereal, yogurt, pastries and waffles. Other than that, friendly staff and a pleasant stay.
