I absolutely loved my stay each and every time I stay here I love it the lady at the front desk Joe she is absolutely amazing she has a aura about her that she truly was made for this job! And every time I have been checked in by another they have been just as kind the way they work together is just comforting!

We were on a road trip passing through trying to make it to the redwoods and had to stop because we were exhausted trying to get there. Stopped around 3am and rang the ring doorbell; she buzzed us in the middle of the night and helped us get a room in the middle of the night. Kindest lady! Knowing we had been driving and were exhausted, she offered to give us a late check out as well. Amazing service and the sweetest lady! Highly recommend!

The rooms are very clean and have balconies, which is lovely. The location is perfect walking distance to the old town and the site felt safe and secure. However, by far the very best thing about the place is the staff. Jo, the Manager is incredibly kind and helpful. I lost my car keys and she used her local connections to get me a tow truck driver to open my car, he was willing to do it for free for her but of course we compensated him. Because of all of these things I will always stay here when I visit Eureka. Jo, thank you for helping me when I was really in a jam.🙂

They have these cute balconies and an awesome work out room. They have a safe place for you to park and the owners are beyond nice, accommodating and very very kind. They are definitely doing their best to turn this hotel around. I stayed at the comfort inn the night before and even though it's nice and so is the staff, they had a guy above me slamming all night long on the floor and walls and would do anything about it. Cost me 189$ to get no sleep. I came to this hotel the next day and got a nice peaceful, sleep and I was centrally located to all the businesses downtown and by the water. I'd stay here over comfort inn any day. Thank you for the comfortable stay.
