Days Inn by Wyndham Florida City

When I say my stay has been a dream ! And honestly it was all thanks to Lisette ! She wasn’t the young lady that checked us in but was the woman who made my stay comfortable and easy .no request was too big for her nor too small .she went above and beyond and her customer service was impeccable! She made sure we had plenty of towels and soap we had an issue with the plumbing (the shower was clogged) she sent some one in right away ! We’ve stayed here before and never had a problem all front desk attendants accommodated us but she was so memorable ! That I had to make sure I made a review for her .she deserves recognition for the things she do .thank you to the staff and Lisette

Our stay was decent although we were unable to check in till 3 hours later due to internet being off. The bed frames were very squeaky as if they were too loose and worn. The staff were great though especially the cleaning staff, thank you!! And be aware at night of the rear of the hotel there are shady "activities" present.

Check-in staff was friendly location was convenient but difficult to get in and out of at times. Property was trashy, rooms were shabby at best. Bathroom was horrible, like a dirty construction site. Wish I could post pictures here. No coffee available at breakfast, not sure if the machine was broken or they just ran out by 8am.

I had a nice quiet weekend here when I needed to get away from home due to domestic issues. I felt safe and comfortable and the room was clean to standard. The breakfast was simple, but appreciated, with basics to get the day going (though I do wish they offered sausage lol). I found the employees friendly, and even helpful. The location is easily walkable to a gas station and pharmacy across the road, and there are several restaurants of different varieties nearby. The pool looked well taken care of and was enjoyed by the children from what I could see on this mid-December weekend. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, is the room had a slight odor, but I assumed it was from whatever they use to clean it with, and was quickly fixed when I put the A/C on for a while, which is what I would recommend for those who may notice that. Those who complained about supposed strange people outside may be paranoid and have to know that this is a diverse location, the last stop before getting on the long road to The Keys, as well as a hot spot for other types of attractions, so expect to see various types of people who have a right to be here as well. I am a local and will be staying here again when I am in need.

Bad smell the moment you step into the room , the lady at breakfast really rude, we had to get breakfast in another place because she was not welcoming. the only one that makes me put a star in here is Lissette at the front desk really kind and welcoming . The room was not dirty, but I cannot say it was clean, the pillows were so small that I couldn’t sleep. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to rest, and not find Rouches in the meanwhile.
