Days Inn by Wyndham Hurricane Mills

Showed up and checked in went to plug in phone charger in first room and saw dead Rolly Polly’s, centipedes and food behind and under nightstand. Toe nail clippings along edge of bed. Switched rooms, similar story, French fry, chip crumbs, bugs, giant beetle, switched rooms a 3rd time and found a used q tip more bugs and crumbs. Manager confronted me after the 3rd room and at first said he would give a refund if I showed him one bug. I provided the below photos and he refused the refund. Stating I left the furniture moved (for cleaning) which made the rooms “unusable. “ see attached photos and response from management. The male manager was incredibly rude and semi hostile forcing me to leave the conversation and hotel. Following this up with corporate and my credit card company. I ended up leaving the property and going to the holiday inn which was 10/10 better experience! DO NOT Recommend rooms are also heavily warn with signs and smell of mildew.

I must say that the rooms were awesome. Clean, Good bed, great service. Don't let be fooled by the outside. That needs some renovating.The manager said they're working on it.

There were Nats in the bathroom the beds were so hard no one got any sleep the a/c didn't work and there was no window to open so it was very hot. The tv was messed up the right side was a grey color and the rest was fine. After the first night we tried to find another place to stay but every where was booked due events going on. We checked out a day early we couldn't stay there one more second. 2 night of no sleep was enough. I did tell them why we were leaving. No refunds or at least half a refund.

Sketchy Sketchy and more Sketchy As this all started with the quality inn in hurricane mills TN you might want to check that review as well. I really hate being accused of doing something I didn't do. I'm quite sure if they can do that to me they can do it to you and find reasons to keep that deposit. As I pointed out in my other review women beware because they didn't treat our male coworkers like this

The hospitality in Hurricane Mills died with Miss Loretta Lynn. While i was extremely grateful for the $87 dollar rate (even though expedia said $67 a night) the rooms are filthy, the walls and ceiling are peeling, and the toilets do not flush. We were met in our first room with a hole in the bathroom ceiling- also missing a light switch- and wrong beds. The second room has large carpet stains, smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, dead bugs on the filthy bathroom floor, and rotted tiles. Oh, not to mention the toilet didn't flush in either room, and there was black mould in our shower. While the front desk staff is friendly it doesnt make up fpr the lack of effort elsewhere in this establishment. We will not be back.
