Bed Bugs! The lady at the front desk was really nice. She came and took pics and video of live crawling bed Bugs! We switched rooms and there was no sign of them in there. We went to get complimentary breakfast and there was a tiny canister with a few granola bars and another with peanut butter crackers.

had a great stay. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Also we didn't have to 150$ for a room.

We paid top price for a room but after we got settled in i was lying on the bed lights out i felt something crawling on me turned on the lights it was a bug got to checking with a flash light along the seams it was bed bugs discussing.got another room after checking it because they wouldn't give a refund. The next morning breakfast was peanut butter and crackers and some granola bars we've stayed in a lot of hotels but this was the worst.check your room before paying . This hotel should be shut down it was a nightmare.

Update: we went to get "breakfast" before getting back on the road. If you are looking for a warm breakfast, or even anything resembling breakfast that will be filling, you may want to stay somewhere else. Breakfast is a choice of granola bar or peanut butter crackers, 3 types of juice, water, and coffee. The counter staff called it "grab and go". Maybe that should be noted on the website so those who are looking for something bigger, they can make an informed decision. Perfect location. Easy off/on. Room was clean for the most part. Bed itself was very comfortable but the pillows? Unsure what's going on with the pillows but I like mine on the standard size and not mini. One of the washcloths in the bathroom was stained with black and one of the towels had black ink type substance on it. There's a large, noticeable rip in the comforter. These are things that don't make or break the stay. TV remote close to inoperable as you need to play a guessing game as to what the worn buttons are. Again, doesn't deter from staying again for the location and price. Front desk was helpful and accommodating with our recent family addition, our dog. $24 fee, which seems high but understand the messes some dogs make that are harder to clean up for the next person's stay.

Very Dissapointed, they gave me a room with bad A/C and it had cockroaches, They didn't wanna refund me even thoe their was a Sign saying that if not satisfied with your stay you get a refund back, I had to be move to a diffrent room and the next day I checked out, they called me and said I had to go back to the hotel because their was a Comfort bed and a sheet bed missing and had to paid for it, they made me waste my time I went back to the hotel, we when to the room and checked and the stuff they said it was missing. "We found it in the room" and they lady instead of apalogizing, said we came and put it back. this is an unacceptable and Ridiculous Experience. I Don't recommend this hotel at all. Horrible Experience.
