Days Inn by Wyndham Lexington

The staff was top notch and very nice. For the price it was well worth the overnight stay. We had to stop do to weather and road conditions. Recommend this place if you need a place to stay that isn’t extremely expensive.

Stopped here on a road trip this week and while the gentleman at the front desk was very nice, the rooms were absolutely disgusting. The room reaked of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The shower still had a lady's hair on the floor of the tub and on the tile wall. Definitely not worth the $85 for the night. I ended up staying across the street at a different and much cleaner hotel the next night and recommend doing the same. Across the street was a little more expensive, but was so much cleaner and more comfortable.

I'm going preface saying this 1 star review has nothing to do with the people working here. I'll also say this property sits at a fantastic location with two other Wyndham hotels across the street. This 1 star review has to do with how crumby, gross and outdated this hotel is. We stayed one night before made the decision to stay at one of the Wyndham hotels across the street. Absolute best decision. We we're looking for a modest room since it really was just a place to sleep and shower. The room we we're given was unsuitable for humans. The bed was the only thing that wasn't filthy. Live and dead bugs we're our greeters. Layers of dust, disgusting carpet. A lounge chair that a squatter wouldn't sit in. When we asked for a different room same greeting committee at that room. We were also told the room we were booked into was not supposed to have guests until it was deep cleaned. It was supposed to be closed, locked, off limits. I find that extremely irresponsible. The vacant restaurant in front of the hotel is a blatant statement for the condition this place is in. The state of Virginia, Rockbridge County, Lexington need to force the hand of this ownership group to move on or do serious renovations. Again, excellent location but this place is no good. To many other options in this wonderful area.

10- 20 Bugs were all over our 1st room, and the smoke detector was chirping. Was offered to be moved to another room, was super dirty, only one bug though. No iron. No coffee maker. Cable was loose from the back of the TV (I fixed it myself). Hair, dust and dirt in the bathroom. Crumbs all over the carpet. Someone's dirty socks (not ours) left inside the cabinet under the table between the beds. Will NOT return to this location! The receptionist was pleasant

….Zero stars given ….We live in Ohio and I called this hotel to talk to them about their rates compared to what was on the Internet. The woman I spoke with quoted me $68. I asked her if I could go ahead and reserve the room. She told me there is no need. They were three story large hotel. We could just walk in when we got there. The man tried to charge us $98. we told him what the woman quoted us that morning he would not honor it so we went across the street and paid $76 so no I would not stay at this hotel ever and would not recommend Them to a dog can’t stand a liar
