Days Inn by Wyndham Lugoff

Ok, so just start off. We reserve a smoking room got a non smoking room and was never given a smoking room. there where cockroaches in the room and A kill on contact spray was sprayed in the corners, but that was it. No smoke detectors, the morning management was rude. Nothing was done For the fact that we did not have the room we reserved and for the cockroaches in the room. The nightstaff and the housekeeping was great. But they need to rethink their morning shift. She was rude. The only good things was location. Because it was right in between everywhere. I needed to go highly disappointed.

Do not stay at this hotel. It was the worst hotel. I have stayed in my entire life. . The room was dirty and it had bugs. They had prostitute coming into rooms all night long. The person in the room next to me had a dog that barked nonstop all night long. I called the front desk twice and the last time the front desk clerk hung up on me after saying if I didn’t like it just leave. Do not stay at this hotel you will regret it

The location is a good location Hotel needs upgrades we have stayed at this hotel several times before so we decided to stay again because we had been impacted by the hurricane so we went there to stay However the hotel have a really went down the upkeep of this hotel have really went down the furniture was busted up we had two rooms they had bugs in there and flies the toilet paper holder was Rusty the bed had dark spots all over the mattress the cover on top of the bed had burned spots they are spider webs in the corners of the walls the walls was busted up and the carpet had older to it the housekeeping lady not doing our door twice one time at 10:30 and another time at 10:50 one check out was at 11:00 so we was rushed out of the room at check-in it was a white male who act like he didn't know what to do and was rude when it was time for me to sign the paperwork to check in he threw the pen on top of the counter for me to sign the paperwork things could have very well went wrong but I stayed humble because I had my family with me and I did not want to act out with the older male we were not stay at this hotel ever again it have really went down and I was very disappointed we went down the street at the Marriott and stayed the next day for the same price

One of my customers booked me here on a trip to work on his car. It was very late when I got there so I really didn't have an alternative. I took a shower and as I started to get in bed, I literally had to brush sand from the sheets. Everything is very dated, stained and dirty. The next morning I got up and went to the bathroom only to find a huge cockroach in the bathtub. It was early when I left out so I figured I would wait until that evening to speak to someone. I went in the next evening late again and spoke to the lady working. She was very rude but did offer me another room. Since it was so late, I decided to give it a try. I walked in, the furniture was stained and falling apart. I turned the light on in the bathroom and 2 roaches started running. I turned around, walked downstairs and gave the key back to the lady working and told her I wasn't staying because of the filth. She said sorry and walked away with the door locked. Stay away.

My granddaughter and I were 3 hours away from home and I suddenly got really sick. It was almost midnight and pulled to first exit. The front desk was so nice and friendly. Compassion for our situation and made us feel very welcomed. She was able to get us a room quickly. We absolutely needed it. I had made the comment that it was so good that we may go ahead and do 2 nights. But I knew I couldn't. Rooms were more than we expected. They were so clean and the shower... amazing. Beds were like laying on clouds. Haven't had good sleep in a long time. Thank you.
