Almost hate to leave a review, want to keep it a secret! From the outside, it's clean but looks a bit faded/ tired and that's hiding a gem! The rooms are smallish but so clean, stylish, well appointed and well maintained. I have NEVER had this happen... before I even walked into my room, a maintenance man was checking everything to make sure the room was in perfect order, AWESOME SAUCE!!! Breakfast was another treat. A fairly typical, basic continental but the biscuits, gravy and bacon were on point, delicious! Loved the soft fluffy towels too. The only thing I was mildly disappointed about is that the fairly large refrigerator in my room had no freezer for my ice bottles. This was not a big deal since the ice maker was in perfect order so I could top up my cooler for the day. The price was very reasonable and location is central to everything most tourists would be interested in. I will most likely stay here whenever I'm in the area. Thank you to all the staff, you obviously care and it shows!

Cannot say whether we liked the room or not, we never got one. Booked through Booking.com. We arrived with our confirmation and the desk clerk said she had no reservations for us nor a room. She apologized, and pretty much told me it was my problem, there was nothing she could do. No, let me make it up to you, let me call where you made the reservation, no manager, nothing. She just said to cancel through booking.com. My husband and I have stayed all over the country in our travels, and have never had this happen. It will be the last time we try and stay at A Days Inn, or any of their motels. Just all around crappy customer service. Travelers beware!

Refused to rent a room to a paraplegic Wyndham Rewards member because I live in another county 30 miles away. I spent 9 hours at Helen Keller ER only to find my headlights weren't working. Just wanted a place to sleep for me and my daughter until we could drive home in the daylight. We were both exhausted. Booked my room on the app late Thursday night. By the time we arrived, it was after midnight, and we were forced to pay $30 more elsewhere because of this. The desk clerk couldn't have cared less. Stay anywhere else. Edit to respond: Your "one size fits all" rule is unfair and discriminatory. A 50 year old disabled man and his adult daughter shouldn't be victims because of others' poor decisions. I didn't even want to be there. You were the closest place available. Clerks and management should be able to make such simple case by case decisions. It was a Thursday night. I had ER discharge paperwork. We were having car problems. It was obvious to anyone with half working eyeballs that we were not there to party. Your lack of understanding and empathy will not be forgotten. Maybe you should just get a kiosk or some type of robot as your clerks since you have so little faith in their decision-making abilities. They'll only follow their programming. Rest assured, I'm also in contact with Wyndham, and while you may be a franchisee, they don't look too favorably upon issues such as these. Especially with members of 10+ years and my number of stays. I've spent my entire career in management/customer service, and this ISN'T IT! Also, the information that you don't rent to locals, including neighboring counties, should be prominently stated on both app and website. This wouldn't have happened at all in this case. I'm guessing ol' WH&R Inc. wouldn't really like such a statement, though, would they? I doubt they'd even allow such a policy. I'll find out soon as my communication with them works it's way up the corporate ladder. Stay tuned! Again, people, stay anywhere else. There are cleaner, more affordable hotels in the area where people are able to listen to reason and not make blanket policies that negatively affect everyone. Can you imagine an issue arising during your stay? I don't even want to think how their attitude would be applied in those situations. I surely wouldn't want to find out.

We spent 3 nights here and found it to be well located for our needs. Check-in was easy and Amanda on reception that day was very polite and helpful. The other staff we met during our stay were also welcoming and polite. We had a 2nd floor Standard King Non-Smoking room around the back of the building that was surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the road. Our room was bright, clean, comfortable and minimalist but lacking nothing. The bathroom was clean with a good shower, plenty of hot water and convenient wall mounted toiletries. Praise for the cleaning team as our room was clean in places you often find muck or dust, so 5* to them and keep up the good work! The coffee making facilities were on the basin side but we moved this to the desk with no issue whatsoever. The TV was a good size with a great picture and the fridge and microwave were clean and worked well. Whilst here we had some laundry to do and found the washer and dryer to be clean and both worked well. Each cost $1.50 and that gave approximately 45 minutes in the dryer which was more than enough to dry our washing. Ice-machine was available in here too and there was another 1 on the ground level. The breakfast offering was pretty good. Usual cereals, breads and muffins, Yoghurts, coffee and juices. There were also hot options, so waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits (scones in uk) and alternating sausage or bacon. Breakfast gravy was available too. The staff member each day was on the go constantly replenishing the breakfast items and wiping down keeping things clean. We could not fault our overall experience here and if in the area again we would stay here! This Days Inn by Wyndham was excellent value for money and the only thing that let this place down and prevented 5* was that the pillows were lumpy... Replace those and it'd be 5* all round!😁

My friend and a family member of mine we booked 2 rooms a month in advance, we where able to check in early, and we where extremely grateful for it!! We where in town for the Alabama Ren fair, and it was very convenient to be able to be close to the fair. (Was a little disappointed that the pool was filled and was turned into a Patio but it was okay)
