We checked into the room and immediately were greeted by roaches running around. We quickly found a new hotel and asked for a refund from the front desk. I gave them more stars for service because he was nice and did as we asked with no questions. When I mentioned the bugs he was not surprised. He seemed to be expecting us.

We are staying the week of Labor Day as I’m writing this. Our original room was a king room ocean front that was bigger than the room with two queens. We got in our room and found our sofa was wet from water coming from the ceiling. They moved us to the room next to us that had the two queens. “Down sizing.” I stated that to the girl up front and she said there was no price difference, we looked online once we got back to our room they put us in and there was indeed a price difference. Would not recommend staying here unless you want water dripping in your room and them downsizing you to a room and not crediting you for THEIR MISTAKE. I’m easy going but will never book here again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SLEEP ON THE BEACH!!! My 1 year old son and I traveled from Western NC after Hurricane Helene to seek comfort and relief! Instead we were trapped inside the elevator FOUR different times!Roaches were on the floor underneath the kitchen table, I couldn’t even let my son crawl around! Just now, a strange man knocked on our door TWICE and after calling the front desk, the lady told me “well there’s no one there now!” She didn’t come up to check, didn’t check the cameras, NOTHING! I have a very very weird feeling about this place! -10000/10

Roaches everywhere. It’s honestly unbearable. There is one specific Jamaican woman (not the one with short cut hair) behind the office counter that WILL be rude every time you see her. You’d think she personally had a vendetta, but she’s like that to everyone. The kind of mean where you say, “Hey how’s your day?!” And she blankly stares at you. She takes extra money and shows obvious bribes. Such as not booking to locals but booking to locals if they have something extra to give. She doesn’t show much customer service and I don’t think I’ve seen her smile once. Just a bad time in general. There is always some sort of problem/argument/fight going on the premises. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Didn’t accommodate my handicap ground floor room after being booked in advance. Put me on second floor and their elevator broke. The room had roaches and visible wires from the ac unit
