Absolute dive. Booked ahead, photos online are deceiving, nasty rooms, cockroaches we found in the morning on the TV stand, Ugh, shiver....I shook out everything, bleck. We had to slam our door shut so it wouldn't pop back open, and then lean against it to get the secondary lock to turn. The plaster in the bathroom ceiling was falling down, there was mold on the walls. If we could have gotten ahold of the sleeping manager to get our money back, we would have. But the guys on the desk didn't seem inclined to call and wake him up after 9am. Do not use this hotel. Yuck! 🤢
When we booked we were offered two prices, one with breakfast and one without. We chose the more expensive rate which included breakfast, however we were told when checking in that they were not offering any kind of breakfast, not even muffins. We were dissapointed, especially since no refund was offered. The hotel itself was clean, however there are minor repairs needed to bring it up to par.
This place was disguising! We weren’t able to do any research and just stayed at the closest hotel due to having car trouble. Unfortunately we were too tired to inspect when we got there. The room was freezing and the heat was barely working. We had to sleep with multiple layers of clothing on. In the morning I found a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod, moldy shower head, dirty tub, trash tucked behind a gap in the wall, and worst of all- the towels were dirty and stained with hair on them. It looked like someone picked them up off the floor, folded them, and put them back on the shelf. Yuck! Will never stay here again
Right off the hwy. Nice laminate floors. Clean and no odor. Lively view of mountains and remarkably you can't hear the hwy in the room with the air on. Stayed two nights here. Please note that the breakfast listed is only a banana and crackers.
Not the dirtiest hotel I've stayed at but the curtains had about 30 stinkbugs hiding. At first we just saw a few but once we figured out where they were coming from we kept shaking the curtain. We called the front desk, told them the issue, and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Paid $150 (a night) to flush at least 30 stinkbugs for over an hour after we'd been traveling all day and just wanted to go to bed!
