Days Inn by Wyndham Novato/San Francisco

Awesome place. Room very clean. It was cold outside but the heater worked very nicely. No issues with check in or check out. Nice coffee, Cereal and pastries in the morning. All in all a very pleasant experience. Very friendly front desk staff.

I use to stay here every time I visit Sonoma but I wasn’t really happy with the overall experience. So, I changed my hotel and have been staying at the Mariotte Petaluma for the last two years. Last week, I was in Novato with a friend and I wasn’t driving, so it wasn’t good idea to Uber to Petaluma. I thought about it and decided to stay at the Days Inn Novato that I use to stay. It was just for one night, so it was not going to be a big deal if they disappointed me again. But I got a different experience this time. The stuff were very nice, their rooms and lobby are remodeled, more importantly, they now have a very nice vending machine at their lobby. I forgot a gift in the room i rented prevously. So I called the front desk to retrieve the gifted item and was told it wasnt there. 99.5% sure it was. Scandalou people for so for the smallest things. Learn some morals

Beautiful hotel or inn! Service was impeccable! The room was awesome! My definite new getaway place and very quiet even though it's next to the freeway!

Way overpriced at $179. There was a nice lady at the front desk who promised but could not get the promised person to my room to fix a frozen TV. Stay away.
