Days Inn by Wyndham Osage Beach Lake of the Ozarks

I don’t do a ton of reviews but I’ll hand it to Days Inn. They deserve one. I’ve stayed in hotels as a kid but this was my first one that I booked as an adult and growing up I didn’t care about looking to see if a bed was clean or if there was crumbs on the floor or water pressure. This place passed all of that. The bed was clean, the shower was clean, the floors were clean, water pressure…immaculate. There was a very faint smell when I first walked in the building but after that I never smelled it again. If I ever take a trip to the Ozarks again, this will probably be where I stay at! The price was also tho lowest in the area which usually is a concern but in this case it was simply because they know how to bring guest in and then bring them back! Ra was the front desk consultant and his hospitality made an impression. Check in/check out was easy. He kept the room very clean and presentable! Good job guys! 👍🏽

There are so many terrific things about our stay here at Days Inn, Osage Beach. Location, location, location--quick access to the expressway. The hot breakfast was amazing and one we looked forward to. Staff could not have been friendlier or helpful. They were very attentive to any concerns. Room was decorated lovely and very clean.

Rooms were standard, mine had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Walls were very thin and bed mattress was super-firm, but it was clean. Check in was easy, breakfast was available around 6.

The floors in the room were dirty, as was the tub. The floors are laminate and look good, but walking barefoot in the room before getting in the tub revealed black dirt coming off my feet. The beds were great and we slept well. The outside door to the second building needs work. It wouldn't always unlock and I had to get the young man behind the desk to show him the problem. We just used the outside door at the end of the hall to get in. We didn't have any problems getting out, just getting in. The bottom of the door wouldn't unlock. Overall, a nice stay, just a few things that need to be addressed.

The location is good. And the king bed was comfortable. Everything else is a miss. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, there are no towels in the pool, none of the trash had been emptied around the hotel during our stay and there are fake nails laying all around the pool. Clearly cleaning is not a priority. The noise from the rooms beside us and and above us was so loud, not because of our fellow hotel-stayers but because there is not sound proofing at all. We could hear the complete conversation of the room next door, and they weren’t yelling. Even with the sound machines we brought, we heard the shower of the room above us as the water/pipes were making an alarming noise. It smells like smoke and urine in the hallways. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
