Days Inn by Wyndham Pentwater

Location and interior well kept. Great landscaping outside. Has an interior garden with flowing water. Breakfast is fine, the usual items. I didn't care for the double set of doors to take luggage through on luggage cart. It was hard to manover through them. It would be nice if they were automatic. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

It was ok,but it stunk so bad I was nauseous almost the whole time. We put a towel on the bottom of the door. I ask the lady at the desk,she said it was food cooking. Well it wasn't for the hotel and it was every day. Breakfast was ok. I asked for jam they were out so I assumed there would be the next day. Will never stay there again. I really wanted to ask for a discount!

This is our go-to place every summer. Atmosphere and amenities are excellent. Extremely clean. Friendly service. Breakfast is only adequate, but good value nonetheless.

Such a wonderful experience. Bobby is absolutely one of the kindest people we’ve met in a long time!! Tim was also very good to us. The place was very clean and accommodating. You can tell the staff love their job! Thanks again for all Your help Bobby and Tim!

The hotel is beautiful the rooms are nice beds a bit stiff but not that bad. There's no microwave in the room so instead I got to stand in the employees kitchen being watched by the 10 different family members that all live there in order to be able to heat food. The worst part is they wanted to call me well I was tending to my child and accused me of having a bunch of other people in my room then they discovered they were talking to the wrong person but I got to deal with the rudeness and disrespect and then in the morning they're knocking on my door way before checkout time asking me when I'm going to check out which they had no reason to be knocking on my door very rude definitely should have been offered some reimbursement for being accused of things that weren't even me if they have enough time to sit there staring at people all around in the hallways they maybe should have had enough time to correct to themselves.... More than one person came into the kitchen and the lady that knocked on my door in the morning did not ask me if I needed more towels she asked me if I was checking out and you're just proving the point that you guys have a lot of time to sit around staring at people you were watching when I went to the pool you were watching when I was heating up my food it's extremely rude and everything that was done to me and my children while we were there was extremely rude and you may be could have just apologized instead of making excuses that aren't even correct I know what the lady said to me I know how rude the person that called me was on the phone even after telling them that I didn't have other people in my room and that they were more than welcome to come check they were still rude
