Days Inn by Wyndham Portage

Excellent service! When we arrived late, the staff was quick to offer a few choices we could have for the night. The rates were quite reasonable, and with access to an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and breakfast included, it was a steal deal for the price we paid! Wisconsin Dells and Cascade Ski resort is minutes away from here. We extended our stay as the staff recommended the visit to Kalahari Resort and indoor Waterpark for the day, which was time well spent!

Location, it's about the only thing I can say for this hotel. Pretty disgusted all around. Main area clean, nope. Room clean, nope. Pool area clean, nope. Sidewalks shoveled, nope. There was an old stale smoke, gross smell that bothered all of our sinuses. Couldn't wait to leave. I'd bypass this one if I were you.

The worst hotel. It is impossible to sleep AT ALL because of the loud noise of the heater. I do not recommend it to anyone. At breakfast at 7:30 in the morning, there was nothing but waffles made from very thin dough (it’s scary to imagine how many times it was diluted).

If you have to drive a little further, do it !This place is not the best, not even for one night. We had no other option because of the snow storm, but if you have options, don't stay here. They assigned us the dirtiest room with an unpleasant smell. The reception staff were very unprofessional and rude. I won't return to this place even if there are a thousand snow storms on the way home!

I have stayed there for over two months now for work, and everything is great there. service is fantastic, they are so friendly and helpful lacation is not bad either there are two gas stations next to the hotel one has a subway so not bad at all
