Days Inn by Wyndham Seguin TX

We stayed at this location last weekend . The prize was good but this place is being remodeled. We booked a 2 bed room but the rooms was not well kept. The shower knobs we’re broken and the walls of the room and back of the door were very dirty.

Upon pulling into the hotel parking lot, it looked very run down. I did not even want to go into the hotel. The hotel room itself was also very run down. Old worn-out bedding. The wall was damaged and peeling. The room smelled musty. There was no sight of bugs, but ultimately, we decided to leave and get a hotel room elsewhere. The good, they were very accommodating, we made a last minute change the day of our original reservation and they did not charge us for it. The pool area was nice. I liked how the pool was surrounded by the hotel buildings, keeping it private from the public. The rooms ac worked great!

Rooms were a little outdated and there was some trash in the corner of the room and only had 2 towels in a 2 queen bed room but Staff was very helpful and breakfast had really nice waffles. Didn't have any bugs and everything else looked clean in the room. We didn't get to use it but pool was clean as well. Grateful they had availability last minute

Super convenient location and the staff were pleasant. However, it’s clear that this property has been left to fester. None of the images posted by Wyndham are accurate, they’re all altered. The exterior is dilapidated, portions of ceiling falling apart. Rooms appear to be DIY “updated” leaving floors a mish mash, furniture is incredibly dated AND broken. Our room had a busted refrigerator, non-functioning alarm, busted night stand, and a toilet that could barely flush an empty bowl. Dead bugs lined the sink and the pool was GREEN. I refused to eat their complementary breakfast as a result of the state of the room and exterior. If I’d had an option to dip out on my reservation and go elsewhere, I would have. Do NOT stay at this location. There is NO pride from the company & it’s clear the employees are doing the best they can with a company that isn’t providing them with the adequate tools and resources.

I stayed here with my family some time ago in one room with two beds straight across from the pool entrance gate on the first floor. My son woke up to a ghost that appeared as a middle aged slim white male with his mouth covered in the room. He came right in my son’s face staring at him. He paced around the room and vanished into thin air. I felt like I was being watched the whole stay and found it hard to sleep. We left early the next morning and never returned.
