Customer Reviews
This hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in - so far in my life, I can usually roll with the punches as I’ve stayed in hostels in 2nd world countries, I also never leave reviews but this one is worth the time. It’s in an odd place & seems sketchy when you get there - There was garbage everywhere outside around the front door overflowing out of the garbage can. We called multiple times ahead of time to see about an early check-in as we were coming from another country and no answer. No staff to be seen anywhere when we arrived so we couldn’t check-in at the appropriate time, ended up having to leave to find a bathroom and get dinner because there was no staff to even talk too. The room was dirty, debris on carpet around the beds, bathroom shower and floor was gross, whole room was damp. We ended up ending our stay a day early and when I reached out about all the problems we had hoping for a refund for the 1 night, I was told no and to prove that I left.. as if the person at the front desk who checked me out / cameras and computer wouldn’t show we left early. These hotels are independently owned but I would never recommend or chose to stay at this location or any other Wyndham because of my experience.
Convenient location near my family and friends. Also Ideal for anyone in the trucking business. I'm planning on starting a freight brokerage so the location is perfect for a hybrid work environment with peace and quiet. I guarantee it! The staff is friendly and helpful, front desk, housekeeping everyone is great here.
This is your typical Days Inn but this one didn't even have a coffee maker in the room, it cost extra, and the rooms are smaller than I'm used to. Every time someone left their room you knew it because the door slams shut and it's really loud. I also didn't like the location of the small TV. Plus the front desk staff I encountered left much to be desired. I didn't bother attending the comp breakfast because based upon my check-in, the small breakfast area, and the note not allowing you to even bring food to your room I didn't think it was going to be worth it. Thus the 3 stars. Good for a short stay.
All I needed was a place to crash mid trip, that wasn't disgusting. I read the reviews that were not very good, but figured being under the Wyndham umbrella it cant be as bad as it is portrayed. Not so gross that I looked for someplace else, as I just needed a few Zzzz's. If I had had kids with me I would have definitely gone elsewhere, but I Sucked it up for the night, but will not be back. Some of the highlights were pubic hair on the shower wall, a dead spider folded in one of the, (stained), towels, holes in walls, mirror or picture missing with no paint where it was hung at one time, nasty water stains in the toilet, Very, Very loud. Front desk was useless. When asked if they new what channel was FOX on the TV so I could watch a big football game, she said she didn't know. When asked if she had a channel guide card, she said no and acted put out and very disgusted to be bothered and pulled away from whatever she was doing in the back room. (By the way, no national affiliates like FOX on their tv package, and what was on was horrible static picture and the sound was lagging by about 2 seconds, so couldn't watch anything at all.) Breakfast included?....Hahahaha. Even a toaster and a pot of coffee would have been enough for me... Nada. This place would be better advertised as a "By the Hour" establishment if you get my drift. Wyndham should be ashamed to have this place advertised under their name. Will pay the extra $25 a night and stay down the road on my next trip through.
I was scared to stay here after reading the reviews.!!! It was PERFECTLY FINE PLACE TO STAY! The only thing that got me was the no balcony or indoor pool. I can live without both. The room had a fridge, a microwave, a coffee pot, iron! Clean room, clean linen, clean bed, clean bathroom. Seeing it on Google Maps, I knew it was near a truck stop. I was fine with that. It's far enough back that it didn't bother me at all with the window open, or when outside. You want a 5-star hotel is not it. You want a clean, quiet, not too expensive place to stay have at it. Thanks. Would stay again if I am back in the area!
