Days Inn by Wyndham Surrey

We had a great experience staying here!! Robbie at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and made our stay significantly better. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is quiet and close to the Skytrain. It's always so wonderful when people in the service industry treat you well, and we'll definitely be staying here again!!

I had originally booked three nights at this hotel, but ended up booking three additional nights because of the top notch service. I took a last-minute personal/work trip and many hotels were booked. Days Inn in Surrey had space so I decided to stay for the first three days during the week and switch to a different hotel for the weekend. After the exceptional service, clean room, and speed of the internet which was required for my meetings, I decided to stay with them for my entire trip. The staff working the front desk were all professional and a pleasure to deal with. I've stayed at many hotels across North-America and the staff at Days Inn in Surrey were top notch. I'll definitely stay here again for my next trip.

Great location, short walk to Gateway Village and SkyTrain. Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean rooms, simple but appealing decor. I stayed here for business and I will definitely visit again. Thanks!

We stayed there for 4 nights and they never change sheets and deduct almost the room price from our security for the minor stain on sheet - which is very inappropriate. Very bad service and we never going to recommend this hotel to any of our circle. The room condition wasn’t very good - carpet stained and very rude behaviour of the customers service when we call for the explanation. They didn’t even deserve one STAR.Remotes were not working, very noisy outside and even though amenities were not completed.

As a Canadian expatriate living in Tokyo for over two decades, I found this inn’s cleanliness and professionalism to be on par with Japan’s esteemed standards, where the customer is regarded as a deity (お客様は神様です, o-kyaku-sama wa kami-sama desu). The hotel is conveniently located near the SkyTrain and taxi services, with a grocery store and pharmacy in close proximity. The room is well-appointed, featuring amenities such as a microwave, iron, and ironing board, TV with many channels. Guests can enjoy a comfortable bed, an ample supply of fresh towels, and a surprisingly quiet environment despite its proximity to King George Highway. The hotel also offers plenty of parking and a complimentary breakfast, providing a great opportunity to meet other patrons.
