Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Downtown Gatlinburg Parkway

The location was very convenient for walking and where you wanted to go which is a plus for someone that drove 5 hours to get there. The room was big and the hot tub in the room was an added bonus. Breakfast didn't have much to offer so we did have to go somewhere else to eat. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location can walk to anywhere. Loved the size of the room. Had second bed in loft area with a great view. Needs a chair up there and small bedside table to help enjoy the view. Staff were all very nice and helpful room was clean. It just overall needs some TLC. The pool was not available and is not stated on the website that it cannot be used. This would be a great place if that put some money back into updating it. But I would stay again.

Leaving a review because some of the other ones had us nervous about our stay. The location is great, staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and a lot more spacious than we had imagined. I will say the bathroom could be bigger (my 11 yr old child who is not very big even said it was cramped) there's not a lot of space at all and struggled comfortably use the restroom or shower. Walls are this so you hear everything, the hot water is more like warm water. Other than those minor things it was over all a good experience and I'm glad it was better than what we imagined based on reviews.

Overall they exceeded my expectations for this price point. I honestly didn't know what to expect and rented due to the location. It was a one night stay. I enjoyed the idea of parking and not driving the rest of the night. The room was clean. The room was not perfect but it was cleaner than other rooms where I have paid more. Breakfast is continental, just know that if you aren't alone and you eat at the local restaurants your breakfast will probably cost more than your room. If you are looking to save a few bucks and cut a few corners this place will help and make you feel comfortable while doing it. I hope you have a similar experience at this hotel.

I enjoyed the stay here … only issue I had was the trash truck coming by at 3 am banging those cans around … but that wasn’t the hotels fault they were great. It was super convenient to everything on the strip… and if you got to wild it was perfect for walking back to bed lol
