For starters, this hotel was wide open when we stayed. We were given the ADA room which means no tub and a roll in shower for wheelchairs. Nothing was sealed and it was clear there was mold all over the bathroom. While the bed was comfortable, we did find blood stains on the sheets from the previous person under the pillow. Pretty gross....
I tried to use the laundry and they didn't work, I went to tell the manager to give me back 2 dollars that I put in a washing machine, and just for asking for 2 dollars the guy got upset and kicked me out of the hotel and threatened to call the police and immigration, in addition to the fact that he was intoxicated with marijuana, he stank a lot, he verbally disrespected me and probably the good reviews they have are bots or accounts created by the employees of the place, since all the guests I spoke to during my stay mostly told me about problems in the rooms and that they had problems at the front desk and with the kiosk there is never anyone when you need them, now the breakfasts are the same every day and the food is very tasteless and bad this is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I will be taking this matter higher up the corporate system. do not waste your time and money at this scam location this is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I will be taking this matter higher up the corporate system. do not waste your time and money at this scam location This hotel only drags down the Wyndham Hotels image. We have already told several people about the disgraceful experience we had at this Days Inn, and we will NEVER stay there again!
The room was fine. The front desk agent was nice. It was clean and somewhat comfortable. Noise was a major issue and from 5am to 7am the sound of people leaving their rooms could be heard almost nonstop which made sleeping hard, the doors here make a lot of noise when they close. Then, after I finally went back to sleep, I got up and went to get breakfast. The sign says breakfast served until 9:30am, it was 9:25am when I showed up, and they had put everything away. I asked someone if they were bringing more out and they said "we put it all away, it's 9:30." I scoffed at their response, showed them my watch, and walked away. Pretty rude and ridiculous 🙄
The hotel is clean and the staff is polite . The breakfast was ok except for the coffee , which is terrible. We were told the hot tub was working when we checked in . That evening we went to use it and the person working the desk told us it’s not working and it hasn’t been working for a while . That was a huge disappointment.
Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The checkin staff was fast, friendly, and efficient. Checking out was also fast. I definitely would recommend this hotel.
