Our experience in the hotel was great. We stayed at this hotel for a month and we very much appreciate it. Despite being in an industrial area, there are several shops and restaurants nearby. The client service is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly, efficient and professional. The front desk, especially Panja, always greets you with a warm smile and addresses your needs and concerns. Housekeeping is also excellent and facilities are well maintained. There is daily continental breakfast, although it would be better with more variety. There is a Tim Horton right next door for more coffee&food options. We recommend this hotel for your next stay in Langley.

We stayed at this hotel during our family Christmas in December 2024. They were very adaptable with our large group of 9 people and gave us early check in and late check out. The hotel is in an industrial area but there are shops and restaurants a few blocks away, an easy walk for us. The continental breakfast was better than most, with crispy hash browns and a nice selection of pastries/sweets. The coffee wasn’t the best, but there is a Tim Horton’s right next door. I recommend this place for your next stay in Langley.

This is a clean hotel and the service is excellent! The bed was very comfortable and any request made was fulfilled quickly. The breakfast was very good for an included breakfast, and we liked that it changed a bit each day because we stayed for 8 days. The property was a bit older but has updated tastefully, is maintained to keep it looking well, kept very clean and smelled great – we loved it. The location is not the best but we liked the Tim's right beside it and were there to be near family so it didn't matter and there were alot of stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

If I would have known they keep the hotel at 100 degrees, I never would have booked here. The carpets are vacuumed, but absolutely filthy (in our room, anyway), my kid got their socks off and their feet were black in 5 minutes. There is red slime on the shampoo/conditioner dispensers, and some sort of gunk stuck to the hair dryer. The staff seemed nice and the hotel does appear tidy. The location is good, lots of stuff close by, but overall, I wouldn't book here again.

Amazing jetted tub! The staff here are very friendly and good at their jobs. Wonderful choices for continental breakfast and very fresh. Housekeeping is top notch here! Such a clean room. Thank you for the great service! We will be returning for sure!
