Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

AVOID THIS PLACE! I was booked here for a work stay, and when I say this is the dirtiest room, I mean just shy of a drug motel. I get that this is an economy stay, but regardless, cleanliness and safety should still be maintained. I don't have the energy to run down the entire list of problems, but these pictures should sum it up. Yes, I went to the front desk, and they offered to switch my room. Both rooms they offered also had dirty tubs, toilets, and more. They then sent someone to clean, and when they finished, the tub was still dirty, and they replaced a stained sheet with a stained cover (pictured). An Economy stay shouldn't me dirty!

Rooms are clean, and the staff is nice. The hotel is worn, but you can't beat the price. The hot tub is not working, but the pool is open. The breakfast is minimal. All in all, it's not terrible.

Honestly the worst low budget hotel we've ever stayed. Normally we choose others but this one has the best deal at the time so we decided to try it out, HUGE MISTAKE!!! Room and hallway smelled of cat urine and mildew. The a/c unit was covered with mold inside, floors and shower were dirty, bed was extremely uncomfortable. You have to walk through many sets of steps even on "first floor" due to it sitting on a hill. Breakfast was extremely limited at 7 am both mornings we were there. By far the worst coffee I've ever tasted. Waffles were really your only choice as the only had e other light options. The staff are not friendly and clearly don't speak or understand English well causing more frustration. Normally I read these reviews and still give the place a chance. Wish I would have just stayed at Super 8.

Fantastic Stay - Great Value for the Price! I recently stayed at the Days Inn and Suites in Wisconsin Dells, and I was incredibly impressed. For a two-star hotel, it far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were modern, well-kept, and offered all the comforts you'd hope for—definitely a pleasant surprise. The amenities were excellent, too, including a solid continental breakfast that gave a nice start to the day. The entire hotel felt welcoming, and the service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for the price, you absolutely get your money's worth. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable stay in the Dells with great service, I highly recommend this spot. I had no complaints whatsoever!

After reading all the negative reviews, I decided to take my chances as I was only needing a place to sleep for 8 hours & glad I went with my gut. This place was perfectly fine for the price. It’s not the Ritz but I had clean sheets & towels, hot water, working AC/heat, a microwave, fridge and television with many channels. The front desk person was very nice and answered the phone quickly when I called to confirm check in hours. No bed bugs or roaches (which was my major concern) and no mold in the bathroom. Front doors were locked when I arrived at 10pm but front desk will buzz you in. The only suggestion I would make to the hotel is to provide cups/mugs in the room as there were none for me. I’m from Wisconsin dells and this is walking distance to most of the immediate things tourists may need as well as walking distance to the strip if you don’t mind more of a walk. Hot tub still out of service as of 12/29/24
