Great family friendly place to stay! We’ve visited three times now over the last year and plan on making it a yearly family tradition. Campsites are great. Restrooms are clean. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. There are tons of cute activities for the kids on weekends. Surrounding campers were so friendly. We let our child go to the park alone - something we’ve never considered any other place, but the environment is so great and safe feeling.

Loved this KOA! Such nice grounds, loved walking my dog here. Park like setting with two ponds and many cabins! The best part was the giant pool! Nicest pool we've swam in all summer ☀️

Update: third time here this summer and really think this is one of the best campgrounds I've been to in and around Dayton Meticulously maintained. Nice activities. Good pool (needs a bit of maintenance but it was early in season.) Employees seem to be everywhere on the weekends. All of my interactions with staff were pleasant. In fact, I would say the staff here exceed expectations.

This KOA is the nicest I’ve been to. The staff was superb. The grounds were very very clean. Lots for the kids to do. Bring your fishing poles. Two nice lakes to catch and release in. The pizza was delicious. Lots of people there on Labor Day weekend but my husband and I didn’t feel cramped. We will be back.

Pros: Great kid activities Clean pool Great pond for fishing Newer playground/outdoor games Cafe which serves breakfast and dinner with covered patio Clean campground overall Fire pit with swivel grill Clean bathrooms All staff incredibly nice Cons: Tent sites too small/crowded. Won’t tent camp here again because of lack of space. (First night we didn’t have a neighbor and it was great. Second night we had several tents basically up against ours). Brown water from spigot on tent site (unusable) Main bathhouse sinks don’t work well (only 2/4 usable) Only three showers in main bathhouse which didn’t feel like enough

We stayed in cabin 701, coffee maker didn't work, had half roll of toilet paper on holder with only 1 extra roll that had a big stain on it. Had to go to McDonald's for coffee on Monday and Tuesday, commissary wasn't open. Had to go to check in to get more toilet paper. Otherwise everything else was very nice and convenient. Love our stay.

The campground was beautiful, peaceful, and so well maintained. We stayed in one of the cabins with a dog and it was perfect. So comfy, complete with tv and a fridge. The outdoor kitchen made it so easy to do dishes and boil water. And the bathrooms were so clean.

This is a 10 star Campground! Gorgeous landscaping, kid friendly, quiet, nice store with souvenirs and treats. Fair sized laundry-coin operated. Lots of golf cars to rent, manual pedal bike- 'race car' looking mobiles. A train with passenger cars! This is the greatest campground! Something for everyone! Just 12 min. away Aullwood Arboretum has world famous, Thomas Dambo gigantic troll statues to explore! 2 of them are at a farm, teaching kids about animals, with LIVE active creatures to see/visit! Can't say enough positive things.... this is the only KOA that escorted us to our site!

Our absolute favorite KOA and we’ve stayed at PLENTY. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Shower houses are immaculate. Campground is extremely well maintained and the pool are is beautiful. A little road noise from I-70 being kind of close to the site but it quickly fades. Definitely recommend this KOA.

Great place to go when you're trying to spend time with friends and family. You can fish; kids can play basketball and swim. The restrooms are clean and well-kept. Nice little camping spot.
