Love this place! It’s kept very neat and mown and staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms are old but clean and the camping area is unbelievable! We’ve traveled the U.S. in our camper and this is one of the best we’ve come across! The only complaint we have is every time we stay the barking dogs are a real nuisance! They never take a breath! It should not be allowed in such a peaceful environment.
Defeated creek is our go to happy place, huge sites, beautiful manicured grass areas, tons of deer they come right up to your site. 2 great beach areas, marina, Cafe, great fishing. The camp hosts are awesome. Several playgrounds, great for your fur babies. Bathhouse is older but clean. 1 newer bath house is great
We Love Defeated Creek Campground! It is absolutely beautiful. It is clean. It is so well manicured. It is one of the most beautiful campgrounds that I've ever seen and it's one of my favorite campgrounds as well. It's just a wonderful place to camp at. See y'all again soon! An amazing campground! Beautiful sites, nice people, deer everywhere! Rangers were super friendly and knowledgeable, thank you Ashley for being so amazing. Don't forget to say HI to Paul and Kathie at the booth when checking in! Totally amazing!!
It is beautiful here. There are deer everywhere. There is full hookups and then there's just water and electric hookups. There's a nice park, swimming area, badminton area and volleyball. It is a great place to camp. Is very reasonable price the people are just absolutely great.
